Yes, it’s true – global superstar and radio one disc jockey Judge Jules, the legend who launched our Men’s Health Playlist series way back when with Aerobic Base, returns to the Men’s Health mixing desks to spin us some more beautiful tunes set to the pounding BPMs guaranteed to keep you pushing when you feel your motivation starting to fall. Men’s Health Workout Playlist #8: Endurance Kick is designed to get you energising through longer and harder workouts without failing due to fatigue or lack of motivation. So what does Judge Jules think about his new 90 minute workout mix?
“It’s full of tracks that have pumping basslines and a snappy BPM,” said the legendary DJ. “You’ll find the same energy and drive in this mix that you would in any of my DJ sets. To get my adrenaline going, it’s all about music with bags of energy and drive. Gym-wise, I find drum and bass gets the blood pumping and is very motivational for running.”
He named his ‘power song’ as Magic & Wickerman’s Crazy World. “I did a tasty little remix of this a couple of years ago,” he explained. “Drum and bass plus deep plunges into tech trance.”
